Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your NectarRx Allergy Drop treatment plan at any time by contacting Nectar at support@mynectar.com or by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Nectar requires a reasonable amount of time to process cancellation requests. If you have purchased a NectarRx Allergy Drop treatment plan and submit your cancellation request within seven (7) days before your next prescription product shipment, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of pre-paid fees for unshipped prescription products. Prescription products that have already been billed cannot be refunded. Please visit our Refund Policy for additional details on our refund policies. Termination of your account shall not relieve you of any obligation to pay any accrued fees or charges.

We are always trying to improve our services, so our cancellation and late fees policy may change over time. We reserve the right to change or cancel all bookings, reservations and evaluations in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control.

Canceling Your Provider Evaluation:

You have the right to cancel your provider evaluation. Your use of a provider evaluation is subject to this Cancellation Policy. To cancel a provider evaluation without incurring any late cancellation charges, you must take action in your account at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled session, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Please note the following cancellation and late fee charges:

• Late Cancellation: Please note that late cancellations are subject to a $10 USD fee.
• No Show: If you do not show up to a scheduled provider evaluation and fail to cancel your reservation, you will be subject to a $20 USD no-show fee.
• Late Fees: If you show up to a scheduled provider evaluation more than five (5) minutes past the scheduled start time, you will be charged a $10 USD late fee. If you show up to a scheduled provider evaluation more than fifteen (15) minutes past the scheduled start time, you will be charged a $20 USD no-show fee.
