Where is Nettle found?

Nettle is found all over the United States and throughout Europe, western Asia and North Africa, and has been introduced to Australia and parts of South America.

While nettle leaves are known to cause allergic reactions, nettle tinctures, tea, or capsules are actually used to alleviate the symptoms of hay fever.
